Xxbb's Terms & Conditions – The Complete Guide for Members

Xxbb (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "xxbb") is an online betting and gaming services provider. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all xxbb services.

• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

KYC verification may require a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. xxbb aims to complete KYC verification within 48 hours.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on xxbb, including Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless xxbb initiates the cancellation.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum bet amounts vary depending on the event and market.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets placed on that event will be refunded.
• Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• Xxbb reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet.
• If match-fixing or manipulation is suspected, the relevant bets will be voided and the account placed under investigation.

Live Betting Special Rules: Odds in live betting change from moment to moment. There may be a slight delay in bet confirmation, and if the odds change during that time, xxbb reserves the right to accept or void the bet at the updated odds.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500.
• Maximum Deposit: ৳5,00,000 BDT per day (limited prior to KYC verification).

• Your Account: Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third Parties Prohibited: Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted, and any such funds will be returned.

Withdrawing your winnings from xxbb is straightforward and fast. However, certain conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Maximum Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 BDT per day (for verified accounts).

• Wagering Time Limit: Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in account closure.

Xxbb is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false identity or fraudulent information.
• Using betting software, bots, or automation tools.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus hunting in combination with other platforms.
• Sharing your account or allowing another person to use it.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform for personal gain.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.

Xxbb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Upon the member's own request to close the account.

You can also request account closure at any time by emailing support@xxbb.click. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to prohibited activity.

• Step Two: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may submit a formal complaint. We will endeavour to resolve it within 15 business days.
• Step Three: If the matter remains unresolved, a complaint may be submitted to an international gaming arbitration authority.

Withdrawals on the relevant account may be temporarily suspended during dispute resolution. This is not a penalty, but part of the investigation process.

Xxbb reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

• Notifications will be sent to your registered email address for any important changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
